The site currently comprises open countryside/agricultural site land located off the Bincombe Bumps roundabout and the A353 relief road on the northern edge of Littlemoor, a suburb to the coastal town of Weymouth. It benefits from a prominent location with excellent frontage onto A353 connected to A35 south coast trunk road. This mixed-use development is part of 500 home (Lovell Homes) urban extension at Littlemoor, Weymouth.

The plot will be split into two phases. Phase 1 proposals include a food store and drive-thru which equates to c.4 acres in size and will also include delivery of the spine roads.
